<image:title>Home 2 - Bringing Community Abortion Practice to Academic Research</image:title>
<image:caption>From 2018-2022, researchers engaged with a network of at-home abortion providers in North America through a Community-Based Participatory Research project (CBPR) to investigate motivations, methods, and outcomes of skilled non-clinical community abortion providers & their clients’ abortions. We have analyzed this data set with community collaboration to present to the public, activists, and back to community providers themselves to see the fruits of their labor.</image:caption>

<image:caption>With the Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) approach, community was prioritized in all aspects of the study, including a community principal investigator, community input in study design, resource allocation, and data analysis and publication. Our highest priority in dissemination is to get this research back into the hands of people having, providing, and supporting abortion care in community directly.</image:caption>
